Jason Ward is a discrete business broker with first-hand experience from the buying side.
CFO, Controller, External Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Consultant. Jason has been called many things in his career with startup companies and billion dollar corporations alike.
Jason’s aim with TruView is to bring the best practices he learned by being involved in several mergers and acquisitions in the corporate world – to Main Street businesses.
A proponent of continuing professional education to this day, Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Accounting & Taxation from the University of Hartford. He is a Mergers & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), a CPA, and an active member of three organizations: International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB), and the American Business Brokers Association (ABBA).
He has lived in Houston, Texas since 2006.
